• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or proven misconduct.
• Duplicate registration or use of a false identity.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• If required by the directive of a competent authority or regulatory body.

Valid fund balances in accounts closed at a member's request will be returned after all conditions are met and no pending bonus claims remain.

Mbi98 provides the platform and services on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.

• Mbi98 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions.
• We bear no liability for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party internet network failures.
• Any game results displayed during a proven technical disruption are subject to review by mbi98.
• Mbi98's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Continued use of the mbi98 platform after any amendment to the terms takes effect constitutes full agreement to the amended terms.
